How to Archive Your Activities

Step 1. Log in to your AfterSchool HQ account.

Step 2. On your home page, hover over Activity Center and click on Sessions or Extracurricular Activities.

Step 3. If you clicked on Sessions, click on the Activities tab. Once you can view your activities, find the activity that you would like to archive and click on Archive.

Step 4. Click on Archive. Keep in mind that the activities will be unpublished. All of the information and setup for your activity will stay the same.

How to Restore Your Activities

Step 1. Go to your Activities and click on Archived.

Step 2. You will be able to view every activity that has been archived. After locating the activity that you would like to restore, click on the Restore button.

Step 3. Are you sure that you want to restore it? Click on Restore to complete the process.

Now you can edit, update, or publish this activity.
