Managing your finances can be a daunting task, but with the right tools, it can be much easier. This helpful article provides an overview of the different features available on the accounting page of the website.

1. Log in to AfterSchool HQ.
2. Click on the "Accounting" icon.
3. First, you will be able to view your Transactions. Here you can easily view the total of transactions on your account, the average transaction amount, the total sold & credits, the total for refunds & debits, total paid, and amount available for payout.
You can also view the ID of the transaction, the date it was created on, the payer, name of the student that the payment is for, the activity that it's for, amount paid, fees, the amount you will receive, the status of the transaction, the type of payment, and the refund request.
To quickly access a specific transaction, you can use our Search functionality. Simply enter the date or name of your desired item and press 'Search'.
You can also keep track of your transactions with ease by clicking on the 'Export to CSV' button and downloading a comprehensive, organized list in .csv format.
4. The second tab on this page is the "Payouts" page.
If you have not set up your payment method you will be prompted to set it up before accessing this page.
Select "Proceed" to be taken to the Stripe page to set up your payment method.

5. The 3rd tab is for "Subscriptions & Plans". This is where you'll locate the payment details for registrants under a payment plan. You will be able to view the activity, student name, starting & ending date, payments, and next payment date for the plan.

6. Next. is the "Refund Request" tab. Here you will find your total amount refunded, total amount requested, and the amount available to refund. You can also view specific details on the refund request such as the date requested on, the requester, the family that requested the refund, the transaction #, name of the activity, transactions amount, refund requested, and the refund status.
7. Lastly will you find the "Coupons" tab. Where you will find the name of the coupon, the code for the coupon, the total of the times used, the max uses allowed, the activity name, the discount amount for the coupon, and the expiration date for the coupon.
Important: Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.
