When a student registers for your activity, you can always edit or delete them. We want to show you how you can edit and delete student registrations for your activities. Please follow the following easy-to-use steps:
Step 1. Login to your AfterSchool HQ account.
Step 2. From the home page, click on the Activities ⚡️ tab on the left-hand sidebar.
Step 3. On the Activities page, you will find a list of your activities and the option to Manage, Publish, Copy, Archive, or Delete the Activity. From this screen, you can also add an activity. Or just click here. For this exercise, we will click beside activity you would like to edit.
You can also enter the name of your activity in the search field on the right to locate it.
Step 4. Your screen will populate on the Summary details. Please navigate to the Student tab and select it.
Step 5. Under the Student tab, you will have the option to Add Student, Send Registration Report, Invite Contacts, View Details (student) Status, Withdraw, and Send Invoice. Choose View Details in the appropriate row.
Step 6. Select View Full Registration.
Step 7. The options will populate for you to Add Activity, Edit Registration, or Delete. Select Delete.
Step 8. You will receive a final Confirmation message asking if you are sure you want to delete the registration. Click Yes.
Note that you cannot undo the request after you have clicked Yes.
