How to Upgrade Your AHQ Account

AfterSchool HQ offers several different plan options to you as a provider. The directions below can help guide you through the selection of your plan and how to update it directly through your AfterSchool HQ account! 

Already have a plan in mind and ready to upgrade? Skip down to the steps below. If you need some help choosing a plan, here are a few tips to help you decide:

First, think about your program size and needs, are you a solopreneur and looking for an easy way to manage your program? You may want to consider our Lite Plan.  Or do you have a large team and are looking to maximize all the features AHQ has to offer? The Pro plan will be for you! 

Next, consider your budget. how much are you willing to spend on leveling up your program? AfterSchool HQ offers packages for every budget starting at only $39/month!

Follow the steps below to upgrade from your Free Trial: 

1. Sign in to your afterschoolhq.com account. 

2. From the home page, you will see a red banner advising you of the time remaining in your free trial. Next to that, you will see "Add Payment Method".

3. You will then be taken to Stripe, our secure billing partner to add your payment method. From here, click "Add Payment Method".

4. If you are not choosing to upgrade to the Pro version of Afterschool HQ, you can click "Update Plan" to be shown the other plan options. 

5. Review and select another payment option. AfterSchool HQ offers three plans, Lite, Premium, and Pro with both a monthly and Yearly subscription option. 

6. After selecting your desired plan, you can enter your payment details and click "Add Payment Method".

Follow these steps to upgrade your account at any time after your free trial has ended:

1. Sign in to your afterschoolhq.com account.

2. From the home page, click on the "Account & Settings" tab on the left-hand sidebar, then choose Settings.

3. This will take you to the activity Settings-Details page. Once there, click the "Billing" tab at the top of the page.

4. Select your plan by ticking the check circle that applies. You can choose Free, Lite, Premium, and Pro. The paid plans are available Monthly or Annual.

After choosing your plan, complete the changes by updating your Payment Details. You can select a card or + New Card. Click Purchase to save details.
