How to Set an Activity to Invite Only

Invite-only functionality is a more secure joining process whereby you can send personal invites to your attendees. This way, you will have more control over who can join your activity.

 

In this article:

• You will learn how to make your activity Invite Only.

Step 1. Login to your AfterSchool HQ account.

Step 2. Click the Activities ⚡️ tab on the left side pane.

Step 3. After the Activities page populates you will have the option to Add Activity or Manage a current one. Click Manage beside the activity you want to set for Invite Only.

Step 4. The activities Summary screen will populate. Click the Setup tab. 

Step 5. Your activities Settings page will open. Scroll down to the Invite Only option and change the icon from No to Yes. 

Step 6. Click Save to complete your changes.
