AfterSchool HQ platform allows you to easily organize and capture your students' registration details using Registration Reports.
This article will provide all the information you need to complete your students' registration reports.
1. Log in to your AfterSchool HQ profile here.
2. On your Dashboard. Select Activities .
3. On the Activities page, you will find a list of your activities and the option to Manage, Publish, Copy, Archive, or Delete the Activity. You can also Add Activity from this screen. For this exercise, we will Click beside the requisite activity.
You can also enter the name of your activity in the search field on the right to locate it.
4. Your screen will populate on the summary tab. Please navigate to the Student tab and select it.
5. Under the Student tab, you will have the option to Add Student, Send Registration Report, Invite Contacts, View Details (student) status, Withdraw, and Send Invoice. Choose Send Registration Report, which will provide a message informing you that your report will be sent shortly.
6. You will receive a Registration Summary Report for your Activity to your AHQ email on file. This will include Date Registered, First Name, Last Name, Email, Activities, Amount Paid, Parent/Guardian Information - Child Grade.
