You have created your amazing activity! (Create Activity). Now it's time to get the great news out and invite parents to register their children.
1. Log in to your AfterSchool HQ account here.
2. Click the Activity Center ⚡️ tab on the left side pane, then select Extracurricular Activities.
3. Locate your activity and click Manage (green icon on the left) .
4. Select the Students option as shown below, then choose Invite Contacts on the left of your screen.
5. A form will appear listing the names of the contacts (learn how to add contacts here). You may select any of your contact lists and place your invite message (optional) in the respective text box. Click Send Invites.
6. Great Job! You have successfully invited your contact.
When you invite parents to sign up for your activity, we'll send them an email (see example below) containing a link they can use to sign up.
Administrators can also choose to resend invitations to users who last received one since a specified period of time.
