Step 1. Login to your AfterSchool HQ account.
Step 2. Click on the Activities tab on the left-hand sidebar from the home page.
Step 2. Click on the Manage button next to the associated activity.
Step 3. Click on the Setup button from the top navigation bar.
Step 4. Select Pricing & Payment on the right-hand side.
- If you are creating a new activity, go through the step-by-step process of creating your activity until you get to the Pricing & Payment screen.
Step 5. On the top of the Pricing & Payment screen, you will want to set Do parents pay? to Yes which enables payments.
Step 6. Scroll to the bottom and click on the Show Advanced Settings link in green.
Step 7. Under Attendance-Based Billing Options, click the toggle button to Yes next to Attendance-Based Billing Option to enable your new payment plan.
Important: Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.
You can now customize your Attendance-Based Billing Plan by selecting the Payment Amount, Payment frequency (Every Day or Every Week), and the number of days to Pre-Pay. (The amount a parent will pre-pay at checkout).
Step 8. Once finished, don't forget to Save!
Parents will now be billed based on your Attendance-Based Billing Plan when signing up for your activity.
