- Login to your AfterSchool HQ Account.

Click on the "Activities" tab on the left-hand sidebar from the home page.
2. Then click on the Manage button next to the associated activity.
3. Then click on the Setup button from the top navigation bar.
4. Select Pricing & Payment from the right.
- If you are creating a new activity, go through the step-by-step process of creating your activity until you get to the Pricing & Payment screen.5. On the top of the Pricing & Payment screen, you will want to set Do parents pay? to Yes which enables payments.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click on the Show Advanced Settings link in green.
7. Under the Subscription option, click the toggle button to Yes next to Subscription to enable your subscription.
Important: Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.
8. You can now customize your Subscription Plan by selecting the Payment Amount, Payment frequency (Every Month or Every Week), and the Payment start date. (At checkout, on the first date of your activity, or on the period start date).
Once finished, don't forget to Save!
Parents will now be able to select the subscription plan option when signing up for your activity.
You can now rest knowing that AfterSchool HQ will handle all charges going forward!
