AHQ Pricing & Payment Options

AfterSchool HQ Offers several different Payment Options for your activities to support parents with all budgets! 

Currently, AfterSchool HQ offers the following Payment Options: 

1. Registration Fee & Pay Later 

Your registration fee is the total cost of your program. You can choose to have parents pay this full amount up front, during registration, or turn on "Allow to Pay Later". This setting allows parents to register for your activity NOW but to collect payment at a later date.

Once you've typed in the amount for your registration fee and saved the change, a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the pricing.

Here you can click on to increase or decrease your registration fee.

You can also Upgrade Your Plan and/or view the Fee Schedule.

All activities listed, paid, and processed through AfterSchool HQ are subject to processing fees. AfterSchool HQ charges an after-school program support fee on top for each transaction, along with a transaction fee if the customer pays with a credit card. Therefore, the list price to customers will be greater than the price entered by the activity provider.

2. Registration Payment Plan

Registration Payment Plans allow you to let parents break up the registration fee into monthly, weekly, or biweekly payments. You can learn more about Registration Payment Plans here. 

3. Subscription Plan

Subscriptions allow you to bill parents monthly or weekly for ongoing participation in your activity. You can learn more about creating a Subscription Plan here. 

4. Attendance-Based Billing

Attendance-based billing options are used to allow parents to pay based on attendance. You can learn more about creating a Subscription Plan here. 

Important: Coupons cannot be used for payment plans. They can only be used for registration fees.
