Our Support Team carefully investigates all reported issues on our platform, so we appreciate your patience while we work with staff engineers to troubleshoot and fix problems.
In the meantime, here are some tips we recommend for troubleshooting an issue with AHQ:
- Check this list of recent browser updates to see if you're running the latest version. Using an outdated browser version could be the root of the issue.
- Reset your web browser by clearing your cache and cookies. Check out this article for help on how to do so.
- Disable any plug-ins in your browser. This article can walk you through how to do that.
- Try using a different browser altogether. Our desktop site is optimized for Google Chrome.
