This article will explain how to access your student roster as an activity provider. In the student section, you can also send information to interested students, and send invoices directly to parents who are registered-pending payment. Let's dive into it all here!

Step 1. Log in to your AfterSchool HQ Account.
Step 2. Click on the "Activities" ⚡️ tab on the left-hand sidebar from the home page.
Step 3. Browse your available activities and select the one you need to view the roster by clicking the
Manage button to the left.
Step 4. Under the navigation tab, select Students 👥.
- On this screen, you can see everyone who has applied, paid, or view if anyone is just interested in your activity.
• By clicking View Details located next to a student's name, you'll be able to see the information they submitted in your activity's registration form (i.e. contact information, answers to custom questions, etc.)
