How to Set Up Your AHQ Provider Profile

Set Up AfterSchool HQ Provider Profile!

In less than five minutes, you can set up a Provider Profile with AfterSchool HQ. And once you've completed the profile, we can promote your program effectively. At a glance, parents can determine if your program is right for their child. So let's get started!

1. Create an Account

If you don't already have an account with AfterSchool HQ, you can do so by providing your name, email, and password. And don't forget to confirm that you are not a robot. Once you click the Get Started button, an email will be sent to the address you provided with a link to verify your account. On the following page, simply click on one of the buttons to indicate whether you are creating an account for yourself or your organization.

If you select My Organization, you will be prompted to choose the type of organization to create a profile.

2. Enter the information about your organization.

The next page prompts you to lay out the nuts and bolts of your program—the name and a short description, as well as the grades and genders,x served. We’ve also added questions pertinent to the pandemic notifying parents if you are open during COVID and if you are an E-Learning Center.

3. Enter your contact information.

On the Contact Info page, fill in the program's email address and phone number and check the boxes if you want to make these visible on the public profile page. When supplying your address, please be as specific as possible to create a map pinpointing your location.

4. Customize Profile Images

On the next page, you can upload a profile and header image. Simply click on the Choose File buttons to upload images from your computer. For the profile picture, a 400px x 400px square logo is best. The file size of the profile image cannot exceed 2MB and the header photo cannot exceed 4MB. You also have the option of skipping this step (and all the steps from here on out) and uploading images at a later time.

5. Enter More Details

The following page provides space for examples of program classifications. Also on this page, you can specify services offered, times offered, pricing options, and special needs offerings.

6. Enter Links

Here, you can provide all the links associated with your program—including your website, social media, and appointment booking.
