Establishing a League

What is a league?

A league is a competitive event involving teams, which may be composed of students from different schools.

Note: This can only be done from a district account.

Step 1. To create a league, you should select Leagues from the side menu bar.

Step 2. Proceed by clicking the Add League button.

Step 3. Setting up a league requires information about the type of program, and what days and times students are expected to meet. You can (optionally) list dates on which there will not be meetings.

Step 4. After you Save the details, the new league will be listed.

Step 5. You should set up a time frame for registration, by clicking on the Reg Windows menu option, on the horizontal menu bar.

Step 6. From here, you can add a Sign Up Period by clicking on the green Add Sign Up Period link.

Step 7. As soon as the Sign Up period is saved, then the district can start inviting schools to the program.

Step 8. At this point, schools can be invited to participate in the league, during specific open house or registration dates.
