How to Create a Session

You can use AHQ Sessions as a way to group several activities into each academic term. Follow the steps below to learn how to create Sessions!

Step 1. From your Dashboard, navigate to the Activity Center ⚡️ tab on the left-hand sidebar then click on the "Sessions".

Step 2. If this is your first session, you will see a "Create Your First Session" button.

Step 3. If you already have a session, click the "Add Session" button.

Step 4. Add your Session Name, Details, and Registration form type.

Step 5. You also have the ability to select whether or not you would like it to be Invite Only and to select your preferred Registration Mode.

Step 6. When you're all done, don't forget to Save!

Step 7. You will then be prompted to add your first activity for your Session!
