Are you looking for a way to more easily receive payments for your activity? If so, you're in luck! By connecting your bank account to AfterSchool HQ you can streamline the payment process for both you and your participants. In this article, we'll show you how to connect your bank account to receive payments. So let's get started!
1. From the home page, navigate to the "Account & Settings" tab on the left-hand sidebar then click "Settings"
2. Then click the Accept Payments tab.
3. Select "Choose Direct Deposit" to get started. With Direct Deposit, you will receive daily payouts as you receive registrations. Registrations paid with credit or debit cards will be processed on a rolling 2-day basis and AHC payments on a rolling 5-day.
4. You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment processing system. You will be prompted to fill out a few personal details and banking information in order to receive payment through AfterSchool HQ. Follow the prompts in Stripe.
