Here are the step-by-step instructions on "How to Register with an Organization's URL Link".
Step1. Open the link shared to you for registrations.
Step 2. Scroll to the "Activities For Students" section and select "View All".
You will be able to filter the activities by activity name, location, grade, seats available, the schedule, and the gender.
Step 3. Once you find the activity you want to register for, click on "View Details".
Here, you will see the description and in-person instructions for the activity. Such as, the fees, schedule, timeframes, contact information for the activity's instructor, and time zone.
Step 4. Once you are ready to register or apply, click on the "Register" or "Apply" button.
Step 5. For new registrants, please add your email address here.
Step 6. Hit "Next".
Step 7. Next, fill out the required information for the student, parent/guardian, emergency contacts, and anything else the organization needs.
Please make sure to check the check box to receive text messages. It's important that you receive notifications, reminders, other details form the activity provider.
It's crucial to create a password with at least 1 lower case, 1 upper case, 1 number, 1 special character, and at least 8 characters in total.
Do not forget to select if you are a parent or guardian registering for a child or a student/adult registering yourself.
Confirm that you are not a robot and you agree to the terms and conditions of using AfterSchool HQ.
Save and continue!
Please proceed to fill out the required information.
If you cannot find the school or are homeschooled, please check the corresponding box for not locating the school.
Always hit "Save & Continue" to move forward.
The questions are based on the organization's needs. If you are missing required information, the system will let you know before advancing to the next step.
You may choose to skip any questions that are not essential and are optional.
Step 8. Depending on how the organization set up the questionnaire, you will be able to type or draw your E-signature.
Finally: Select the "Confirm Registration" option to complete.
Thank you for registering! You can now find another activity or view your account.
*What happens if you leave the registration page?*
If you began the registration process and for whatever reason had to leave and complete the registration at a later time, no worries! You can select register or apply again and type in the email you used the first time. The system will have the information you previously filled in and you can hit save & continue or skip until you get where you left off.
