How to Create your Family Account

In order to create your family account, you will have to Register your child to an activity listed by your provider. You can search for the activity, by going into the provider's profile page or the provider itself will provide you with a link to the specific activity where you would enroll your student.

I'm not a robot captcha checkbox to proceed. 01:41: Choose the I agree to the terms and conditions of using after school, h 01:45: q option. 01:49: Click on the save and continue button to continue. 01:55: You will be taken into the activity registration form. 01:58: Keep in mind that the following steps will vary, depending on how the activity 02:02: was set up by your provider. So, what you see in your screen might not be the same as 02:06: what is being demonstrated in this video. Enter the students first 02:10: name in the highlighted area. 02:15: Enter the students last name in The highlighted area. 02:21: Click on the save and continue button to proceed to the next step. 02:28: Enter your phone number in the highlighted area. 02:33: Click on the save and continue button to proceed to the next step. 02:40: Choose the type of e-signature. For this example, we will choose draw 02:47: Draw the signature and then click on the confirm registration button. 02:53: Your child has now been enrolled in the activity and your account is ready 02:57: to use. Once you are in the activity provider's profile, select your activity, then click on View Details.

Once inside, click on the Register button to continue.

You will then be asked to provide an email address which will link to your AfterSchool HQ account.

Then, you will have to fill the registration form for your account.

When you're done click on the Save & Continue button, to proceed to the next step. Don't forget to click on the I'm not a robot checkbox!

When you click on Save & Continue, your account will be created, in this scenario you would just have to complete the registration of the student in the activity. 

*Important Note* The next step will vary depending on how the activity was setup by the provider, therefore you might see different questions.

Fill the student's registration form and then click on Save & Continue

You may choose to skip any questions that are not essential and are optional.

Once you're done with the registration form, you will now be able to proceed into your profile, by clicking in the View Account button.

You did it! Your family account is now ready.

*What happens if you leave the registration page?*

 If you began the registration process and for whatever reason had to leave and complete the registration at a later time, no worries! You can select register or apply again and type in the email you used the first time. The system will have the information you previously filled in and you can hit save & continue or skip until you get where you left off.
