Here at AfterSchool HQ, we understand that activities are very important, and because of this we have made it so you can add students easily in different ways. One of them is by adding the student directly from the student's profile. Below you will find instructions on how to do so.
For your comfort we have created a video guide with the contents of this article.
Step 1. To start, log in to your AfterSchool HQ account.
Step 2. Head on to the Contacts section that appears on the side panel of your dashboard, then click on the Students section.
Step 3. Select the student you wish to add to another activity, by clicking on the View Details button that appears next to the student's name.
Step 4. In the student's profile page, you will see all the student's information. Click on the Add New Registration button that appears on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5. Then, a pop-up window will appear, where you will have to select the activity and then you will have to assign the status for the student, whether it's reserved, applied or whichever it may apply.
Step 6. Click on the Save button to continue.
Step 7. To verify that the student was added to the activity, we will have to head into that specific activity. To do this head into the Activity Center⚡ and then click on the Extracurricular Activities⚡ section.
Step 8. Click on the Manage button that appears next to the activity name.
Step 9. Head on to the student's section by clicking the Students tab that appears on the top of your screen.
Step 10. You will now be able to see your new student added to the activity. In this screen, you will be able to edit the status of the student, should you need to.
