Val Verde USD has partnered with AfterSchool HQ to simplify your Extended Learning Opportunities Program registration experience. For students who are currently enrolled in these programs, we have created profiles for them.
However, we need your help to update their registration information. To ensure your child can continue participating in the ELO Programs, please complete the steps outlined below.

Logging in to Your AfterSchool HQ Account
❗Before clicking on the update link(s), you must first log in to your AfterSchool HQ account ❗
• If you have accessed your account already, you will need to log in by entering your email address, password, and then by clicking "Log In". Click here to access this page.
If you were able to log in, then skip to the "Update Your Student's Registration Information" section. Otherwise, continue with the "Reset Password" steps in order to create a password.
- In case you have not accessed your account yet, you will need to create a password by clicking "Forgot Password".
- Once you are on this page, you will need to enter your email address and click "Reset Password":
The email address that you enter should be the one you use with the Val Verde school district. In case you are not sure what email address you should be entering, please contact us at support@afterschoolhq.com.
- Once you have clicked this button, you will be notified that a reset password email has been sent to your inbox:
- The subject line of the email will be, "Password reset request from AfterSchool HQ". Please make sure to check your Spam folder. Once you've located it, open it.
- Click on the password reset link:
- Once you've clicked the link, you can now create a password for your account. Once you have done so, click, "Update Password".
- After you have created your password, click "Login to your account" and sign in with your new password.
Update Your Student's Registration Information
Now that you have logged in to your AfterSchool HQ account, go back to the email and click on the update link:
- Once you're on the registration form page, you can change the language from the top of your screen if needed:
- From here, you will need to go through the registration form and answer all questions that are required. They will be marked with a red asterisk (*).
- You can also answer questions that are marked as Optional:
- Once you complete a page, click "Save & Continue" to move on to the next one.
- After you have completed answering the questions, you will be asked to enter your E-Signature. Enter it and click "E-Sign".
- And that's it! You have successfully updated your student's registration information! This message will appear:
If you've been sent multiple update links, you'll need to click on each one to ensure all information is updated. This may have occurred if:
- One student is registered for multiple activities.
- You have multiple students registered for one or more activities.
