In this article, we will go over the steps on how to reset your PIN code for Check In & Check Out.
Step 1. After locating where the activity provider has placed their attendance QR code, open the camera app on your device and point your camera toward the QR code. A message will then appear stating to tap on the screen to be redirected to the provider's Check In/Out page.
Note: This step may vary in appearance, but all function the same.
Step 2. Enter the phone number you used when you set up the PIN code and click Next.
Step 3. Click Forgot My PIN.
Step 4. You will be re-directed to a reset PIN code flow, where you will have to enter your phone number again.
Step 5. Check your device for a text with a reset link. You can resend the text message every 30 seconds by clicking Resend Text.
Step 6. Once you have located the text message, open the link attached.
Step 7. Enter a new PIN code.
Step 8. Enter your new PIN code again.
⭐You've now reset your PIN code.⭐
By clicking Return to Check In/Out, you will be returned to the beginning of Check In/Out.
