In this article, we will go over the steps on how to publish surveys and view submissions that have been received.

If you're continuing from How to Create a Survey, click Settings and skip to Step 4.
Publishing a Survey
Step 1. Login to your AfterSchoolHQ account.
Step 2. Click Forms.
Step 3. Click either Edit or on your survey's name under the Form column.
Step 4. Click Publish.
Once a survey has been published, a 'Success' message will appear on the top right of your screen. The 'Publish' button changed to 'Unpublish' as well.
Note: After a survey has been published, you do not need to unpublish it to make any changes. Just remember to Save!
After publishing a survey, a URL will appear as well. To receive submissions for your survey, you will need to share this URL.
Note: Before sharing your survey's URL, you may want to review how it looks. Simply copy and paste the URL into any web browser or click on the bottom icon located on the right-hand side of the URL.
View Submissions
To view your survey submissions, there are two ways of doing so.
If you are still in the Edit section, click on View Submissions located on the right-hand side.
If you are anywhere else, navigate to Forms and click Submissions.
