Need to re-enroll a student after withdrawing from an activity? We've got you covered with easy-to-follow steps. Keep reading to get started.

1st. Log into your AfterSchool HQ account by going to the website and clicking on "Login". Then enter your email address and password.
2nd. Hover over the icon and click on Extracurricular Activities.
3rd. Click on next to the activity name.
4th. Click on the Students tab.
5th. Find the student that has been withdrawn and click on "Re-Enroll".

6th. The system will let you know if there was a previous payment made. You will have the option to re-enroll with or without charge.
The charge will be the registration fee for the activity and cannot be changed. Payment plans are not optional when re-enrolling a student.
If you select to re-enroll without a charge, the system will place the student in a "Reserved" seat.
If you select to re-enroll with a charge, the status of the student's seat will be "Reserved Pending Payment".

If the provider will be charging the parent/participant, the parent will receive an email letting them know that the student has been re-enrolled by the provider of the activity, if they made a previous payment, the amount that the provider is charging for the re-enrollment, and a link to complete the payment. The email will look like the image shown below.
If the provider selected "Re-enroll Without Charge", the parent/participant will receive an email letting them know that they have been re-enrolled by the activity provider and no further action is needed such as the image below.
