How to Find Your Activity URL Link or Send an Invitation for Your Activity

Don't let the process of inviting parents to sign up become mundane. Avoid missing any significant steps by following these essential instructions.

If the activity is set as Invite Only, the activity will NOT appear on your profile page.

Once you have completed the activity setup, click on the tab.

You will be able to view your activity URL. You need to share this URL with your clients so that they can register. 

You can also invite parents by clicking on the Invite Parents button. 

Then select Import a CSV or Enter a list of email addresses.

If you select Import CSV: 

• Select File
• Add your new contacts to a list and click Next
• Click on Continue to Invite
• Custom Invite Message (optional)
• Click on Send Invites

If you chose to enter a list of email addresses:

• Please enter a list of emails separated by commas.
• Add your new contacts to a list and click Save Contacts.
• Click on Continue to Invite
• Custom Invite Message (optional)
