Location Information for an Activity

The location feature is here to save the day! Not sure where you're at? No problem, just select the "To Be Determined" option. Whether it's a physical or virtual spot, now you can easily share your location with ease. Let the location feature take the guessing out of your whereabouts.

In this article:

• Adding a physical or virtual location
• Setting the location as " To Be Determined"

1. If your activity will take place at a physical location, type in the location and make sure to select the action that appears to synchronize it with google maps.
   
   
   You can also include details of the physical location, such as room number or specific instructions. Even detailed instructions, links, and/or images. You can even select to hide the exact location by changing the toggle button from  NO to YES.                       
   
   
   
2. If you decide to have a virtual meeting, you may include the meeting link. This information only be shared with the parent once registration has been confirmed.
3. You can also leave the location to be determined. No location will appear on the activity registration page.
