- Enrollment Period
- Will the activity repeat weekly
- Add individual dates
- Provide an ongoing activity
- Emphasize the dates you will not meet
Enrollment Period: Here you can select a date and time range that allows your participants to register for in the activity.
To activate the schedule for your activity change the toggle from No to Yes.
1. Will your activity Repeat Weekly? If YES, change the toggle to yes and select the days of the week your activity will take place. Add the Start Date and End Date of your activity and lastly, add the time you will meet for your activity.
2. If you select NO, your activity does NOT repeat weekly and therefore you will need to add the date and time of your activity. If you will meet more than once, select Add New Date and continue to add the dates and times.
3. Click on Show Advanced Settings to mark your activity as Ongoing. Ongoing activities do NOT have an end date and allow parents to sign up their children for ongoing subscriptions.
4. Enter any dates that you will not meet. Let's say you will NOT meet on Independence Day, click on Add Date and input July 4th, 2023. Add as many dates as necessary. These dates will be visible to the public on the activity page.
