ISYP Providers: How to Connect Your External Registration System

Follow the steps below If you are an ISYP Provider who would like to continue to use your existing registration system while still being promoted on the ISYP Directory.

Note: You must have an AHQ profile created to be featured in the ISYP Directory.

1. Log in to your AHQ account and Navigate to Account & Settings
   
   
2. Click "Settings"
   
3. Click "Profile Setup"
   
4. Scroll down through the settings until you reach the “Website & Social Links” section.
   
   Here, you can choose whether or not you want to use AHQ to collect registrations. We strongly recommend using AHQ to collect registrations for a better experience for you and your parents! However, if you have your own system to collect registrations you can easily link it to your AHQ profile.
   
   
5. If you chose to link an external registration system, you can select “No” and add your URL to your registration or your website for parents to learn more about your program before registering. You will also see that you can select the Button Text of “Register” or “Learn more” this is how it will show on your AHQ profile.
   
6. Don't forget to Save your changes!
   
   
7. Now, when parents view your profile, they will see the new button that links to your registration system. In this case, we used “Register” for the button text. This will open a new window to the URL you have chosen for parents to view/register your activity!
