Staying in touch is easy when you update your contact information. Take the time now to ensure that all parties can keep connected - it'll make communication much smoother down the road!

In this article:
- Update the contact information for an activity
- Select an existing provider
- Add a new instructor
1. Log into your AHQ account here!
2. Hover over and click on Extracurricular Activities.
3. Click on the button next to the activity name.
4. Click on the Setup tab.
5. Click on Contact.
6. Once on the Contact page you may type in the contact information such as Name, Phone Number & Email Address, and Save! (No need to unpublish your activity)
You may also add an instructor by clicking on Show Advanced Settings, clicking the drop-down, selecting an existing staff member, or adding a new instructor. (Invite & Manage Staff)
If you want to select an instructor that is on your list already, you may click on the instructor's name and click on Copy From Instructor to update the contact information.
If you would like to Add a New Instructor, click on the drop-down and select + New Instructor. You will have to add the information needed and finally click on Copy From Instructor.
You can now click on View Profile at the top of the page, search for the activity, click on View Details for the activity, and find the updated instructor information under Contact.
