How to Successfully Withdraw a Student

If you are looking to completely withdraw a student's participation, following these simple steps should help make the process quick and easy. These steps cannot be undone.

Step 1. Log in to the AfterSchool HQ account.

Step 2. Hover over Activity Center and then click on Extracurricular Activities.

Step 3. Click on next to the activity name.

Step 4. Click on the Student tab.

Step 5. Locate the student and find the button on the right-hand side.

Step 6. You will see a pop-up requesting a withdrawal confirmation. Click on Withdraw & Cancel Payments. These steps cannot be undone.

Step 7. Now, whenever you go to your student page for your activity, you will see that the status for the student is Withdrawn.
